Purpose

The certification aims to help producers demonstrate responsible practices, help buyers ask better questions, and help consumers recognise food produced with a broader view of health.
Its identity intentionally combines the language of certification with the visual world of agriculture: a circular seal, a growing leaf, fields and a rising sun.
Animals
Food systems involving animals should respect welfare and health.
Planet
Food production should protect and regenerate the ecological systems it depends on.
Governance matters
Trust depends on more than design.
As the certification develops, governance should clearly separate standard-setting, assessment, mark usage and commercial interests, with transparent procedures for conflicts of interest, complaints and revision.
